📋 Description
• Manage complex multi-system Human Experience transformations for strategic clients • Oversee SAP SuccessFactors and ERP architectures • Ensure project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and costs are managed effectively • Create and maintain project assets like Project Plans and Timelines • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for stakeholders • Communicate project status updates, milestones and risks clearly • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and ensure financial profitability • Track project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with Smartsheet preferred • Experience managing the implementation of HRIS software is required, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday • Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred • Experience managing projects across different geographical locations and navigating multicultural environments is preferred • PMP and/or CSM certification preferred
