Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of driving business growth through designing, developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns • Demonstrated success in developing and leading demand generation and generating qualified lead and opportunities that contributed to overall sales growth • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. • Experience in developing content management processes and account-based marketing strategies • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
