• We are hiring an Employee Communications Strategist to join our growing HR business unit on its mission to enable Verra Mobility to find, engage and develop the best people, and create the culture and environment for them to do their best work. • As the subject matter expert on internal and employee communications, this role directly influences how Verra Mobility informs, inspires, and engages thousands of employees across 15 countries and seven business units. • In this role, you’ll use your expertise and experience in campaign development, multimedia content creation and project management to effectively deliver employee communication programs and strategies that measurably influence the employee experience and drive business objectives. • You will strengthen existing internal communication channels and introduce new ones to ensure all Verra Mobility employees are informed, inspired, and engaged. • You’ll use your communication, organization, and storytelling skills to support the needs of our rapidly growing company and help make Verra Mobility a great place to work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent professional experience • A minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in internal communications with at least two years directly supporting human resources or people operations functions • Proven track record of designing and executing measurable internal communications and change management campaigns that support business objectives • Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact, high-visibility projects in collaboration with multiple functions and key stakeholders • Excellent writing, editing, multimedia content development and presentation skills • High technical proficiency in web content management systems, photo/video editing software • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 product suite • Proficient in analyzing user activity and system data to report on platform and campaign performance • Experience at global, public companies operating in multiple countries and/or at companies operating with a parent/subsidiary company model or portfolio company model a plus • Travel required to Verra Mobility headquarters in Arizona at least once a quarter
