Description

• For growing businesses that need to accomplish more with less, Versapay simplifies the invoice-to-cash process • You will drive quality initiatives across the development lifecycle for our platform • Lead and mentor the QA team, implementing test strategies and automating processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role • Proven experience in leading a QA team and managing testing processes in an Agile or DevOps environment with a Shift-Left mindset • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Test processes, and Software development life cycle (SDLC) • Proficiency in automation tools preferably in Java (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) • Familiar with Rest Assured, Postman etc. • Exposure to ERP systems would be a strong plus • Experience with Version control systems like GIT, Test management tools like Jira/ TestRail, CI/CD tools like Jenkins • Solid knowledge of and practice in a variety of technology spanning, languages (e.g., Ruby, Java), databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies and their application in QA • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively • Exposure to the Payments industry and/or PCI/DSS and/or accounting applications would be a strong asset
