Description

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals • Identify and target key decision-makers within law enforcement agencies • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and customer support teams • Conduct regular sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities • Represent the company as a thought leader in public safety technology • Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred) • Strong knowledge of the public safety sector, including law enforcement, emergency services, and related workflows and processes (preferred) • Exceptional leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented • Knowledge of government grant programs and funding processes for public safety agencies is a plus • Willingness to travel as needed
