Description

• Oversee a team of two Salesforce administrators and one developer, focusing on the effective management and optimization of the Salesforce backend particularly with flows. • Design, develop, and manage Salesforce flows to automate processes and improve system efficiency. • Manage all Salesforce releases, including planning, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with the Salesforce front-end admin team and Sales Operations team to align Salesforce initiatives with broader business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is highly preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with at least 2 years in a management role. • Experience with agile methodologies and release management is essential. • Proven expertise in Salesforce flows, including designing, implementing, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization. • Experience managing a team and leading projects using agile practices. • Proficiency in release management and version control. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning is a plus.
