Description

• Support the day-to-day needs of our sales team • Process subscription orders from the Solstice platform and from channel partners • Ensure order and invoice accuracy • Perform basic sales support functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries • Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts • Become an expert on solar farm product, policy, and discount offerings • Update databases and customer/partner records • Prospect for new B2B customers • Process new channel partner applications • Maintain records associated with channel partner training and compliance • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing to support sales campaigns • Prepare reports on sales activities such as tracking incoming leads and follow up with potential clients • Resolve problems and make recommendations based on channel partner needs • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent • Hands-on experience with Salesforce • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software preferably Google Workspace products • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills • A team player with a high level of dedication • Ability to work under strict deadlines • A problem solver; excited to tackle both small and large challenges • Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented • Excited to work in a fast-paced, growing, scale-up environment • Driven, gritty, and resilient; demonstrated ability to persevere through unanticipated challenges
