• Join Our Innovative Team at Veta Virtual! • Are you a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and strategic decision-making? • Do you excel in financial analysis, driving business growth, and ensuring accuracy in financial processes? • We’re redefining the way businesses manage their operations and customer interactions. • You will play a key role in supporting the financial health of Veta Virtual. • Review all financial transactions to ensure data accuracy. • Prepare and analyze financial statements. • Identify and implement new software and tools to improve bookkeeping processes. • Review and run monthly payroll for internal teams and contractors. • Process monthly Accounts Receivables using Stripe, tracking credits and deductions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. • More than 4 years of experience in the Accounting and/or FP&A department or a similar position. • Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Excel. • The ability to work independently, self-manage, manage multiple concurrent operational tasks (ie. billing and payroll), and run new projects (such as project managing the upgrade to these systems). • Strong analytical skills, and a background or experience in data science are preferred. • Fluent written and verbal English skills. • CPA designation is preferred. • Experience working with Xero is preferred. • Experience working in a startup is preferred.
