β€’ Join a growing team to support the CX organization and optimize customer support processes. β€’ Lead a team of offshore contract support associates in onboarding and training. β€’ Ensure excellent user experience on the platform through various support channels.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in customer experience β€’ 1+ years of experience managing offshore teams β€’ 1+ years of experience in a management role β€’ Knowledge of intercom or similar ticketing systems β€’ You have worked within multichannel support operations (chat, email, phone) β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations β€’ Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities β€’ A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed β€’ A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality and excellent collaboration skills β€’ Tech/start-up work experience is a plus but not required
