📋 Description
• VetsEZ is seeking a remote Pega Developer to join our team. • In this role, you will develop and maintain applications on the Pega platform, collaborating with business analysts and developers to design and implement solutions. • Proficiency in front- and back-end programming (Java, JavaScript) and experience with relational databases like Oracle or MySQL are essential. • Responsibilities include developing software using the Pega platform, completing Pega development stories and tasks within sprints, collaborating with solution architects and Business Analysts, supporting continuous integration, testing, debugging, and ensuring compliance with government policies and privacy standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced degree in an Engineering discipline or related field, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x application development, including case management. • Pega Healthcare Foundation framework experience is a plus. • Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience, along with strong object-oriented analysis, design, and troubleshooting skills. • Deep understanding of Pega architecture, Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and full PRPC implementation cycles, including enterprise Class Structure and Ruleset design. • Proven experience in designing and developing process-based solutions, BPM systems, and working with Pega rules and features such as Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Agents, SLA, and Connectors. • Knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration tools, and CI/CD pipelines for Pega deployment; experience with Pega cloud or public cloud platforms and Pega Deployment Manager is a plus. • Proficient in creating requirement specifications, detailing processes, and implementing Pega design and coding best practices. • Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with program management and cross-functional teams. • Ability to obtain a government clearance.
