📋 Description

• Lead a team of rules engineers in designing, developing, and implementing business rules systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards. • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of business rules using platforms like Drools, IBM ODM, or similar tools. • Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support professional development. • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of rules engine solutions. • Manage project plans, timelines, and team deliverables to meet deadlines. • Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Document technical solutions and provide training for end-users and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience. • 5+ years of experience in rules engine development, including 2+ years in a leadership role. • Certification in business rules management systems or project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). • Expertise in BRMS platforms such as Drools, IBM ODM, or Red Hat Decision Manager. • Proficiency in Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages. • Strong understanding of SQL and database technologies, including data modeling. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Excellent problem-solving skills focused on scalable, maintainable solutions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
