Description

• Support the Department of Veterans Affairs with QA testing for data management solutions. • Develop data models, ensure data quality, and enhance Veteran experience. • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL processes across client environments. • Collaborate with analysts, developers, and data engineers to create test plans and cases. • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Medallia survey forms. • Identify and resolve defects in Medallia survey data processes. • Develop and execute automated test scripts to enhance efficiency. • Maintain documentation of test cases and results for audits. • Take on additional tasks as needed for project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 6-12 years of experience in quality assurance and testing, with a focus on web-based applications and data validation. • Proficient in test management tools and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, JAWS). • Skilled in defining internal quality control standards and maintaining reliability programs in line with industry standards and best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • 2+ years of experience working in or with the Federal Government. • Knowledge of VA/DHA/HHS practices is a plus. • 3+ years of experience with Medallia platform configurations and configuration quality assurance testing. • Experience integrating customer experience management systems with third-party solutions, such as Salesforce and Qualtrics Platform Configurations.
