Description

• Develop solution plans that support business investment decisions, balancing costs, risks, and product quality effectively. • Create innovative and practical designs for end-to-end technical solutions, aligning with business strategy and objectives. • Lead the successful implementation of designs and architectures by managing expectations and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required or Equivalent Experience. • Minimum of 5 years in a solution or technical architect role deploying IAM solutions. • Experience with hosted solution platforms including private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms. • Proficiency with IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM), Governance, and Identity Providers (e.g., PingFederate, Okta, ForgeRock). • Customer-Centric Problem Solving with a proven track record managing end-to-end project lifecycles in an engineering capacity. • Flexibility to work outside of standard hours to collaborate with global IT Services teams. • Experience with or comfort in using REST APIs and SDKs. • Familiarity with Directory Services (e.g., Active Directory, SQL, PostgreSQL). • Experience with provisioning architecture and HRMS platforms.
