📋 Description
• Lead the team to build Veza Authorization Platform • Own the overall product roadmap for existing and future products • Manage the Product Management team • Partner closely with the Engineering team • Design, execute, and manage our overall product management strategy • Help define and execute new product management processes • Recruit and develop a world-class team of product managers • Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Collaborate with the Sales team • Support Product Marketing to position our core capabilities • Serve as a company and product evangelist • Understand the competitive landscape for product planning
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in B2B product management • 5+ years of managing product management teams • Experienced with Product Management in a high-growth start-up • Willing and able to travel and meet with key stakeholders monthly • Professional experience at security and/or identity companies (nice to have) • Pre-IPO experience at companies that have since succeeded (nice to have) • Technical knowledge of authorization, authentication, identity, and data systems (nice to have) • Experience hiring and managing product management teams of 5 or more (nice to have) • Demonstrated track record of ambition, drive, and achievement (nice to have)
