Description

• Assist in providing customer service to all employees by serving as a liaison between the employee and the respective Viatris contact responsible for relationship management; e.g. assisting with calls, emails, chats and general inquiries. • Develop a working knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures, Employee Benefits, Employee Compensation, Time Management, Employee Relations, and Payroll. • Support HR transactional activities (benefits, compensation, payroll, employee and manager direct access). • Support of HR Systems to include but not limited to account creation, password resets and troubleshooting. • Support key initiatives operated through the Americas HR Service Center.

Requirements

• Must possess knowledge of general HR policy and procedures. • Must possess a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and external vendors via multiple sources such as telephone, email, etc. • Must also possess the ability to learn and retain information related to HR Programs, Policies, and Procedures. • Must have proficiency in all Microsoft office tools. • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
