Description
• Resolve Tier 2 escalations for the benefits team • Act as a resource on benefits plans and policies • Research discrepancies between various entities • Assist with Leave processing related to FMLA, STD, and LTD • Use knowledge of benefit plans to troubleshoot issues • Audit processes and systems for continuous improvement • Provide coaching support on benefits plans and processes • Partner with HR groups for team alignment • Participate in system testing and implementation • Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Completed a minimum of sophomore year in Human Resources or Business Administration • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong organization and analytical skills • Ability to set and work to deadlines • Proficiency in English
