• Identify potential clients in the assigned territory • Analyze territory and make timely decisions • Own the business and ensure execution with key clients • Position portfolio and exceed sales targets • Develop and implement action plans aligned with the Annual Business Plan • Adapt sales techniques to customer needs • Follow up on prescriptive conversion with scientific support • Build collaborative networks with different areas of the organization • Execute initiatives through audits • Exceed sales objectives of the portfolio and clients in the territory

Requirements

• Graduated from a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy • Incorporated into the College of Pharmacists of Costa Rica • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles in leading pharmaceutical companies • Skilled in the medical visit model • Integrity • Creativity • Proactivity • Adaptability to change • Effective communication • Commitment to results • Ability to work under pressure • Willingness to travel • Capacity for mathematical calculations
