• Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and deliver technical training programs for SaaS solutions • Ideal candidate will have expertise in using Absorb LMS • Create engaging, learner-centered training solutions on Tableau and Power BI • Temporary W-2 role with six-month engagement • Remote position with option for Fairfax, VA area office space • Equal opportunity employer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or technical training. • 2+ years of experience with Absorb LMS or similar platforms. • Proven experience designing and developing technical training for complex data manipulation platforms such as Tableau or other Power BI applications. • Proficiency in using Absorb LMS for creating and managing eLearning content. • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex topics clearly. • Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality training. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
