β€’ Marketing Technology & Systems: Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of both digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on schedule. β€’ Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze key campaign performance metrics, customer engagement, and pipeline contributions to provide actionable insights. β€’ Lead Management: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation, enrichment, and nurturing strategies, ensuring efficient hand-off processes. β€’ Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational workflow and marketing effectiveness. β€’ Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders of campaign performance and strategic impact. β€’ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to align on campaign objectives, customer insights, and go-to-market strategies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience: 3-5 years in marketing operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment, preferably in a startup or innovative AI sector. β€’ Technical Skills: Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting. β€’ Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and drive data-based decision-making. β€’ Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
