📋 Description

• Join a remote RevOps team at Aplos, assisting in marketing technology management. • Optimize lead lifecycle, attribution, and reporting processes for enhanced marketing performance. • Manage tools like HubSpot, automate workflows, and oversee lead management. • Implement campaign tracking, maintain marketing dashboards, ensure data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing operations experience within B2B SaaS companies • Deep understanding and experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, and more • Expertise in managing Salesforce for marketing & lead management and driving multi-touch attribution • Experience using reporting tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Metabase, and Funnel.io • Strong analytical skills complemented by experience with lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and database management • Comfortable managing complex campaign tracking, including UTMs and lead source attribution • Highly data-driven and strategic • Thrive in cross-functional collaboration • Familiar with ABM and paid ad campaigns • Understand the nuances of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tracking paid ad campaigns
