🎯 Requirements
• Product Psychology: You're obsessed with conversion funnels, user journeys, and the psychology of activation. • Technical Expertise: You can ship complete frontend (TypeScript) changes to onboarding on your own with very little to no additional engineering support. • Data-Driven Experimenter: You thrive on A/B testing, know how to design clean experiments, and can interpret results to continuously improve conversion rates at each step of the user journey. • User Experience: You understand that exceptional onboarding is about creating "aha" moments that demonstrate product value quickly and effectively. • Creator Empathy: You genuinely understand the YouTube creator journey and can design onboarding experiences that speak directly to creators' goals and pain points.
