📋 Description
• Organizing, administering and communicating all the details of technology-related projects to team members and technology service providers • Act as a liaison between internal teams, tech contractors, technology vendors, and leadership • Oversee vendor relationships and service agreements • Handle billing, expense reporting and payables for technology services • Assist in budget tracking and researching financial reporting requests for tech-related projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or other relevant fields, or a combination of related experience and skill-sets • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical or client support, or business analysis • Familiarity building and implementing project plans and tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Basecamp, Linear, Notion, etc.) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of modern, cloud-based technology stacks suited for a remote workforce • VilCap uses Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom as primary productivity and communication tools
