• Focus on accounting matters for the Company • Critical team player in finance and accounting success • Interact with finance/accounting and cross-functional teams • Track accounting and reporting issues • Review balance sheet reconciliations • Prepare balance sheet flux analysis • Compile variance data for income statement • Journal entry preparation and review • Assist in drafting policies and procedures • Prepare documentation for internal analysis and auditors • Point of contact for external auditors • Maintain documented procedures for compliance • Assist in close process improvements • Coaching and guidance to staff • Assist with special projects and new US GAAP implementation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Big 4 accounting firm and/or corporate accounting experience; public company experience a plus • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP • Experience with internal control design and implementation • Familiarity with new accounting pronouncements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Experience with the Workday accounting system is a plus • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams • Exercises sound judgment • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and accomplish goals • Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful while demonstrating the highest level of integrity • Attention to detail and strong work ethic • Process-oriented with the ability to organize and manage projects • Challenges existing processes and always look to improve and find efficiencies.
