🎯 Requirements
• Experienced in residential construction project management, with knowledge of sitework, foundations, utilities, and home construction. • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, always finding a way forward on projects. • A strong communicator, comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and other platforms. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly. • Proficient in Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar project management tools. • Budget-conscious, with experience in project accounting and cost control. • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to improve internal processes. • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and professional growth. • Previous experience in prefab, modular, or manufactured housing is a plus but not required. • Bachelor's degree with 1–3+ years of experience in construction project management.
