📋 Description

• The Monetization team is responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative product features and optimized user experiences. • We leverage data-driven strategies and cutting-edge technologies to enhance our monetization platforms and maximize business impact. • Looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Monetization team. • Passionate about building high-performing teams and driving impact at the intersection of technology, business growth, and monetization. • Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 5 experienced engineers... • Own the technical vision and execution for monetization initiatives... • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts to define roadmaps... • Establish and enforce best practices for development... • Drive the planning and execution of A/B testing strategies... • Break down large projects into manageable milestones... • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a growth-focused environment. • Experience writing technical documents that detail architectural decisions and performing code reviews to uphold software quality standards. • A solid understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks (React, Next, Typescript). • Good understanding of back-end development and RESTful APIs • Proficient in utilizing analytics and A/B testing platforms like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely, and LaunchDarkly. • Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to develop and execute feature roadmaps.
