β’ The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent customer service. β’ Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with participants, employers and Trustees. β’ Familiar with supporting customers through email and phone communication. β’ Comfortable answering 30-50 inbound calls a day. β’ Provide support as a team effort in special projects on an on-going basis.
β’ High school education or equivalent β’ 1-2 years customer service experience β’ 1-2 years employee benefits experience preferred (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, billing) β’ Experience in a call center or customer service environment handling high volume of calls a plus β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required β’ Data entry and typing skills required
