β€’ The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent customer service. β€’ Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with participants, employers and Trustees. β€’ Familiar with supporting customers through email and phone communication. β€’ Comfortable answering 30-50 inbound calls a day. β€’ Provide support as a team effort in special projects on an on-going basis.

Requirements

β€’ High school education or equivalent β€’ 1-2 years customer service experience β€’ 1-2 years employee benefits experience preferred (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, billing) β€’ Experience in a call center or customer service environment handling high volume of calls a plus β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required β€’ Data entry and typing skills required
