Customer Service Representatives are responsible for being the first line of defense when customers call in with an issue on their campaign or want to ask questions about the purchases they made online. Representatives are assigned a certain amount of emails a day to reply to and need to answer customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. They also take phone calls daily and sometimes deal with instant messaging with Live Chat to resolve customer issues also. This role starts at $13 per hour PLUS great monthly and quarterly bonus structures, also, after 30 days we will administer a performance review to evaluate and increase that rate based on skill levels and performance.
β’ High school degree or equivalent. β’ Good with people and have strong communication skills. β’ Good customer service skills over the phone and in writing. β’ Basic computer skills required with Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs / Sheets). β’ Strong problem solving ability. β’ Able to stay polite with people and really address their issues in a time sensitive manner. β’ We are really looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and stay long term. β’ Past phone or call center experience is a plus.
