Description

• Develop product features that solve important member problems/challenges. • Drive member adoption and increase user engagement with the Virta app. • Manage the direction and execution of a cross functional product development team. • Write clear and detailed PRDs and briefs for feature development and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product management, or related product development role. • Experience in experimentation (A/B, etc), prototyping, and hypothesis testing. • Ability to analyze user data and product analytics to extract business requirements and drive delightful usable member experiences • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity driving 0 to 1 product development. • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Experience shipping consumer-facing applications with a focus on behavior change is a plus • Experience working with AI products in a consumer application is a plus
