β€’ As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our client's long-term satisfaction and success. β€’ Your primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support, cultivating relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base. β€’ Investigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department; β€’ Deliver efficient and effective customer support via email and phone channels; β€’ Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty; β€’ Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate challenging client situations; β€’ Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer lifetime value; β€’ Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment-related queries; β€’ Contribute to departmental process enhancements through feedback and project participation.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proficiency in written and verbal Dutch(native level) and good written and verbal skills in English; β€’ Tech-savvy, a critical and logical thinker; β€’ Proven problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions; β€’ Structured, and organized, with good time management and attention to detail; β€’ Great at following instructions and processes; β€’ Confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude; β€’ Prior experience in SaaS/software CS is preferred (this is not a call center position!). β€’ Important note: please do apply if you meet 70%+ of the criteria.
