📋 Description

• As a Finance Automation Engineer, you will enhance finance operations through automation. • Responsible for streamlining and automating financial processes for efficiency and accuracy in reporting. • Collaborate with the VP of Finance & Operations to innovate workflows. • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for financial processes. • Maintain dashboards for actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. • Train finance team members on new automation tools and promote continuous improvement. • Evaluate and implement new technologies in financial automation for AI-driven progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance automation, finance operations, or related engineering roles with demonstrated experience in financial process optimization. • Proficiency with financial software, Billing systems, ERP systems, and automation tools; experience with scripting and coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a strong advantage. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage financial data to drive process improvements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; full working proficiency is a must-have. • Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to enhancing financial systems and workflows.
