📋 Description

• Responsible for streamlining and automating financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our financial reporting. • Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance & Operations. • Lead the development, implementation, and scaling of automation solutions within our finance operations. • Innovate and streamline workflows across various financial functions. • Design, develop and implement highly scalable automation solutions for financial processes. • Closely collaborate with Finance, RevOps and Data Engineering teams to identify and automate workflows. • Design and maintain financial dashboards and real-time reporting tools. • Act as the Finance Automation architect. • Train team members on new automation tools. • Evaluate and implement new technologies in financial automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance automation, finance operations, or related engineering roles with demonstrated experience in financial process optimization. • Proficiency with financial software, Billing systems, ERP systems, and automation tools; experience with scripting and coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a strong advantage. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage financial data to drive process improvements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; full working proficiency is a must-have. • Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to enhancing financial systems and workflows. • Important note: please do apply if you meet 70%+ of the criteria.
