• As our RevOps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to optimize the alignment between our revenue-generating teams, processes, and technology. • This role is critical in building, maintaining, and optimizing the Go-To-Market systems that support our teams, ensuring seamless workflows and data integrity. • Manage and maintain our CRM systems and related revenue and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined workflows. • Design and manage integrations between different revenue platforms to create a unified view of revenue operations. • Analyze existing workflows across teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or improvement. • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs, revenue metrics, and forecasting data. • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and other revenue-related processes. • Work closely with various teams to ensure all systems support their needs and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Diagnose and resolve any technical issues related to RevOps tools, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Maintain up-to-date documentation on all systems, processes, and customizations to ensure transparency and ease of handover.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. • 1 to 3+ years of project/work experience in revenue operations, systems engineering, or a related field. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing/sales automation tools. • Proficiency in reporting and data analytics platforms (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with automation tools is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Fluent in English [must have].
