• Virtuagym wächst weiter und wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Business Development Team! • Als Business Development Representative für den deutschen Markt bist du maßgeblich daran beteiligt, die Anzahl der Fitness- und Gesundheitsstudios, die unsere innovative Software nutzen, zu erhöhen. • Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, deine ersten Schritte im Vertrieb zu machen und dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln. • Bist du ein leidenschaftlicher Entdecker neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten? • In dieser abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Rolle bist du dafür verantwortlich, potenzielle Neukunden zu identifizieren und durch gezielte Gespräche ihr Interesse an unserer Software zu wecken! • Du bearbeitest täglich ca. 50 Kontakte (Accounts/Leads) und führst gezielte Telefonate, um potentielle Kunden zu qualifizieren und wertvolle Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu generieren.

🎯 Requirements

• Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Position, entweder im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenbetreuung. • Kaufmännische, praktische und ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit. • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch. • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch. • Menschenkenntnis und Verkaufsaffinität. • Sehr gute Arbeitsmoral und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein. • Selbständiges und proaktives Arbeiten. • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Ausdauer. • Wichtiger Hinweis: Bitte bewirb dich, wenn du mindestens 75% der Kriterien erfüllst.
