• Lead the development of social media campaign concepts, ensuring creative messaging is tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel • Craft compelling texts, and creative messaging that resonate with different target audiences • Guide and mentor other team members, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality content across all channels • Review and quality-check ongoing social media content to ensure it meets strategic goals and brand standards • Act as a key consultant for clients, providing expert advice in both content marketing and performance advertising • Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal teams, addressing challenges promptly and effectively • Track and report on social media performance, optimizing creative strategies based on data-driven insights
• Successfully completed a university degree in marketing, communication, or a related field • At least 4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably on the agency side • Strong hands-on experience with both content marketing and performance advertising • Strong writing and communication skills • Fluent German and English skills • Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
