• Respond to tenant inquiries via email, phone, or text. • Schedule property viewings and follow up with potential tenants. • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors. • Track rent payments, send reminders, and log financial records. • Create and update property listings on rental platforms. • Assist with tenant screening by gathering applicant data. • Manage digital records, lease agreements, and reports. • Utilize property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium). • Conduct basic research on rental laws and market trends. • Manage the director’s calendar and schedule team meetings. • Assist with planning worship events, prayer meetings, and services. • Draft and send newsletters, announcements, and prayer requests. • Compile song lists, sermon notes, and scripture readings. • Coordinate volunteers for worship services and events. • Track donations and fundraising contributions. • Manage social media posts and design basic promotional materials. • Research worship songs, prayer resources, and theological content.
