β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the People Operations department through data-driven insights and analytics. β€’ This role is responsible for sourcing, gathering, analyzing, and reporting on employee data to advance HR goals, improve decision-making, and drive organizational success. β€’ The HR Analyst will focus on enhancing HR analytics capabilities, preparing key materials for HR and business leaders, and providing actionable insights that support productivity, engagement, and overall workforce effectiveness. β€’ Responsibilities: Source and collect employee data related to productivity, digital activity, effort, working time allocation, output, and impact. β€’ Conduct detailed analysis of employee data to support tactical and strategic HR decisions. β€’ Leverage HR platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Excel, Power BI) to extract, organize, and analyze data effectively. β€’ Develop comprehensive talent cards for employees, summarizing key data points and insights for review by the Talent Review Committee. β€’ Ensure talent cards are accurate, visually clear, and actionable. β€’ Drive the development of advanced HR analytics and reporting capabilities through tools like Power BI and Excel. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to improve processes and outcomes continuously. β€’ Prepare materials for the Talent Review Committee and Human Capital Committee, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. β€’ Collaborate with HR leadership to develop presentations and reports for committee meetings. β€’ Apply problem-solving skills to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within workforce data. β€’ Develop innovative solutions and recommendations to address HR-related issues and achieve organizational objectives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators. β€’ Experience with business intelligence (BI) software, data models and data visualization tools. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas). β€’ Data literacy regarding data sources, data quality, definitions, analysis concepts, and visualizations. β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to understand HR processes, data and reporting needs to develop creative analysis approaches, provide key data-driven insights, and tell a compelling story.
