Description

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and enhancements. • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs • Perform regression testing to ensure existing features remain intact with new releases • Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality is considered throughout the software development lifecycle • Participate in design and requirement reviews to identify potential issues early in the development process • Work with the product management team to understand the requirements and user stories to develop effective test strategies • Utilize Playwright to increase efficiency in testing and provide faster feedback to developers • Provide detailed bug reports and ensure issues are resolved before release • Maintain and improve test environments and frameworks to support test automation • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and overall product quality.

Requirements

• Should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a QA Tester role • Strong experience with software testing methodologies and best practices • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • A passion for quality and a keen eye for detail • Experience testing in a cloud-based environment • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) • Exposure and General understanding of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) • Previous experience working in the nonprofit sector or a strong interest in philanthropy
