We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Creative Strategist. • The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, have a strong knowledge of the culture of content currently, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for Content Marketing and content creation. • Role Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and hold accountable your team consisting of: copywriter and video editing director • Cast actors and/or content creators based on clients' requested demographic • Create high performing video ads on set with talent (or managing remote talent to produce according to the vision) • Analyze current industry trends across all social media channels: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram • Generate creative + direct response designed angles, ideas & concepts for client’s video ads • Creating & maintaining the vision of the client’s project throughout the entire process • Taking the client’s visual branding & brand tone and maintaining consistency & alignment • Analyze the performance data of the video ads inside of the ads manager on Facebook, TikTok or Google

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment • Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities • Excellent verbal communication skills required • STRONG passion for marketing is required • An enthusiastic team player who is also able to work independently with minimal direction • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Highly organized with an acute attention to detail • Take ownership and pride in delivering excellent work products through each step of the process • Preferred Experience • Direct Response Marketing or Copywriting • Data Analysis for Facebook, Google or TikTok Ads • UGC content creation on TikTok or other social media platforms (Optional) • Film Production experience
