β€’ Develop and Complete Paid Social Media Strategies: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms to achieve critical metrics and business objectives. β€’ Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid strategy, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy. β€’ Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, draw insights, and prepare detailed reports. Apply analytics tools to track important data, measure return on investment, and offer suggestions for ongoing improvement. Apply advanced targeting and segmentation strategies to reach and engage specific audience segments. Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies to improve audience targeting. β€’ Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to refine and enhance campaign performance. Apply findings to improve future campaigns. Conduct Conversion Lift Studies to comprehend the incremental value of using certain tactics in combination, or isolated from others to optimally distribute the Display Media budget across the Paid Social portfolio of partners. β€’ Working with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with the Coordinated Media Planning team, Creative team, and other collaborators to ensure cohesive and coordinated marketing efforts. Collaborate on the development of integrated campaigns. β€’ Stay Informed on Platform Updates and Innovations: Keep abreast of changes in social media platforms' algorithms, features, and advertising options. Implement new features and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends. β€’ Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment. Provide accurate budget forecasts and manage spending within allocated limits.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 4 Years of Hands-On Paid Social Media Advertising Experience (preferably in the Retail and more towards web platform) β€’ Proven Track Record of Achieving Positive ROAS β€’ Experience Managing Budgets of $1m yearly or more β€’ Demonstrated Success in Audience Segmentation and Targeting β€’ Proficiency in Analytical Tools and Data-Driven Decision-Making β€’ Experience with Diverse Ad Formats and Creative Development β€’ Demonstrated Ability to Scale Campaigns β€’ Nice to Have Certifications: Preferred certifications include Facebook Blueprint, Pinterest Academy, Snapchat Advertising Essentials, TikTok Business Learning Center, or other relevant social media advertising certifications. β€’ Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, etc. β€’ Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Looker, and tools like smartly.io is a plus. β€’ Proficient understanding of MMM (Media Mix Modeling) concept and its implications. β€’ Critical Thinking: Capacity to think critically, recognize opportunities, and build inventive paid social media strategies in line with business objectives. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical collaborators. β€’ Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
