Description
• Oversee and lead the implementation of manufacturing, distribution logistics, sourcing, and supply chain activities • Build, create, and enhance end-to-end operation strategies, processes, analytics, technology, and continuous improvement efforts • Spearhead the management of significant projects across the global operations and supply chain spectrum • Collaborate closely with the IT team on ERP/WMS roadmap alignment • Lead the ERP/WMS consolidation project and manage system integration projects • Drive implementation of a purposeful network strategy to optimize costs • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new processes
Requirements
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain and operations • Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects with varying complexities • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams, set strategic direction, and manage conflict • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
