Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Change management with exposure to Talent Supply • Proven experience consulting to business leaders and implementing organizational capability solutions • Ability to articulate messages to varied audiences and maintain strong relationships • Strong consulting skills interfacing with senior business leaders • Measurement skills assessing information, initiatives, and strategies • Ability to work with and influence at all levels of the business • Excellent active listening and presentation development skills
