We believe every part of your journey can come together to make something truly exceptional. • Standing at the forefront of the health and wellness supplements industry, we are headquartered in Hong Kong and operating in multiple regional offices across the globe. • With a diverse portfolio of established brands, including Dr. Choice, Naturo Vita, and Tea Chateau, our product offerings are continually expanding, reaching markets worldwide and paving the way for a healthier future. • Position Overview • We are seeking an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. • In this role, you will be instrumental in developing influencer and campaign strategies (mainly TikTok and Instagram) and building meaningful relationships with influencers who align with our brand values. • Your efforts will directly drive our eCommerce growth. • What You’ll Do • Creator Program • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators on Instagram and Tiktok. • Develop and manage a network of micro/macro influencers and UGC creators to drive engagement for either paid and organic campaigns. • Create scalable processes to expand influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs effectively. • Campaign Management • Plan, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, including outreach, content approval, contract negotiation, and reporting. • Collaborate with influencers to produce creative, brand-aligned content that meets marketing goals and business goals. • Manage budgets to maximize ROI on influencer campaigns. • Reporting & Analysis • Establish a framework to measure and analyze campaign performance for continuous optimization. • Stay informed on trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
• Strong track record in influencer marketing within the United States, with a proven record of successful campaigns. • Indepth understanding of different social media platforms and influencer landscapes. • Expertise in social media platforms, including algorithms, analytics and effective utilization across all channels (instagram, tiktok and e-commerce platform). • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial approach to driving sales and brand growth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with influencers and team members. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • More experienced candidates can be considered as Influencer Marketing Manager or a Business Manager
