• Develop and execute a comprehensive conference and event strategy. • Lead development, planning, and execution of North American conferences and events strategy. • Partner with business and sales leadership for data-driven conference strategy. • Oversee all aspects of conference and event production, including collaborations. • Collaborate to create high-impact creative assets and presentations. • Design and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns for events. • Utilize data analytics to improve conference and event strategy.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in conference and event strategy, planning, and execution, preferably in a B2B environment. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful conference strategies that drive business results. • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and data analytics.
