These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies • Job Summary: • We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee all activities related to this Task Order. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Agile software development methodologies with proven project management skills to lead a team responsible for the management, design, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT services. • The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with Government officials and other contractors in a dynamic, performance-based environment to drive operational excellence, improve service delivery, and enhance user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI Program • Candidate must be eligible to obtain Public Trust Clearance • Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification, or a Bachelor, or Master degree from an accredited institution in Project Management, Business Administration, or similar, at the time of proposal submission • Formal training or certification in Agile software development methods, such as: Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM). Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM). • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope, specifically in: • Design, implementation, and maintenance of IT services meeting RFQ requirements. • Continuous integration and DevOps environments. • Supervising diverse teams, including subcontractors, in a performance-based environment. • Managing Agile teams supporting development, O&M, and large-scale system consolidation projects. • Proven experience in managing operational systems supporting over one million users and one million monthly visitors.
