Senior Revenue Accountant - Contractor

Description
• Manage the order-to-cash and month-end revenue close process, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. • Contracts review, accounts reconciliation, variance analysis, journal preparation and support internal and external reporting. • Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including review and approval of sales orders in the accounting system. • Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements. • Assist in the preparation of month-end financial package, including deal reviews, balance sheet and P&L flux analyses.
Requirements
• At least 3+ years of relevant industry experience and/or public accounting • Strong technical accounting skills in ASC 606 and Software Revenue Recognition experience required • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA and experience at Big 4 preferred • Experience working with NetSuite and moderate to advanced Excel skills preferred • Ability to effectively convey knowledge to non-technical internal and external customers • Detail oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – This role will regularly interact with the Assistant Controller, VP of Finance, and CFO
