•We're seeking our first Head of Marketing to build and scale Vizcom's marketing function •Develop our go-to-market strategy, establish our brand voice, and create compelling narratives •Own Vizcom’s marketing strategy and roadmap, from customer segmentation to success metrics •Build and optimize our marketing engine, balancing product-led growth with enterprise sales •Develop our brand presence through strategic events, content, and partnerships •Drive user acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns •Create compelling narratives showcasing our value to customers •Partner with Product and Sales to implement strategies and improve conversion •Build the marketing team and infrastructure needed to scale
•5+ years of marketing experience - ideally at product-led enterprise companies (e.g., Figma, Notion, Miro) •Track record of developing successful marketing strategies from 0 to 1 •Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making •Proven ability to execute across the full marketing spectrum, from strategy to tactical implementation •Experience building marketing initiatives that serve both individual users and enterprise customers •Deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics and product-led marketing strategies •Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
