• Relevant degree preferred. • Master’s degree desired. • 5 or more years of relevant experience is required. • Experience in healthcare market research, with a focus on qualitative approaches and experience with moderating SME conversations, executing studies, analyzing data, and producing thought leadership, reports, and other deliverables required. • Understanding of and competency with the use of generative AI for strategic research. • Knowledge of strategic program management in the healthcare industry, with a strong qualitative background. • Experience working with senior executives and managing high-stakes projects. • Strong background in presenting market research analysis to an executive audience. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. • Ability to influence and drive alignment among stakeholders through storytelling and evidence-based recommendations. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • High level of attention to detail and ability to ensure the quality and accuracy of research deliverables. • In-depth knowledge of data collection and measurement methodologies. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs is required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Strategic mindset and a passion for driving timely insights.
