• Own and manage all aspects of our inbound lead generation strategy, including content marketing, SEO, and the inbound funnel. • Create original, SEO-optimized blog content (5 posts per week) leveraging AI tools, online resources, and internal documentation. • Distribute content across all social media channels to enhance visibility and engagement. • Collaborate with the website team to publish blog posts and make updates that drive lead generation. • Develop and distribute monthly newsletters and graphics to keep customers informed and engaged. • Gather Google reviews from clients and candidates, promoting our referral program to grow our network. • Publish quarterly analytics reports on the tech hiring landscape for our customers and social media channels. • Create lead magnets and gated content to generate inbound leads. • Continuously research and strategize innovative ways to boost visibility and generate leads.
