Description

• Be the technical sales representative for new prospects • Provide technical training to our channel and customers • Assist sales team in early sales phase with relevant product demos • Evaluate customer requirements • Guide and support proof of concept phase of sales process • Own sales opportunities together with sales representative

Requirements

• University degree in IT (or another relevant field of study) or a completed vocational training as IT specialist etc. • Previous experience in technical pre-sales role is essential • Strong technical background • Professional experience in cybersecurity • Troubleshooting and working experience with Linux operating systems • Knowledge of networking infrastructure and protocols • Scripting ability would be an advantage • Ability to communicate complex technical matters to non technical clients • Willingness to work with colleagues and customers across time zones • Really good writing and speaking skills in German and English • Some international travel required, on average 4 weeks out of the year
