Description
• Provide and coordinate legal advice across complex and multifaceted legal issues. • Partner closely with go-to-market and operational teams to manage risks and identify legal issues. • Proactively monitor developments, advise on, and collaborate on data privacy and AI regulatory matters. • Develop and implement employee training on regulations and industry practices. • Assist General Counsel in building scalable and effective processes for the legal function.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and member in active good standing of a state bar. • 6+ years of experience advising on regulatory compliance issues specific to healthcare or medical device. • Legal experience advising and working on software product and technology-related issues. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze complex legal problems. • Ability to work remotely, with a preference for West Coast.
